In this task, we will practice for an important negotiation through role-playing. Negotiation role-plays allow you to prepare strategies, practice your communication, and get feedback in a risk-free environment before the real negotiation.

Preparation is key for successful negotiations, especially high-stakes ones with multiple stakeholders involved. Let's start by analyzing the context you provided:
